EYE P Consultants (Cyprus) Ltd and TASKS International (Jordan) Ltd are two sister companies who have a vast experience in combating counterfeit products in many countries mainly in the Middle East, Africa and China.
EYE P is a specialist team of experts for the manufacturers of electrical installation and cable management products, most having served in the industry at sometime; with this knowledge in the building industry we bring a better understanding of the needs of our clients.
Operations started for the electrical installation manufactures in 1995 in Dubai for many well known brand owners, by investigators that are now well know within the industry. In April 2009 in the UAE we seize around $4.5 worth of products in a single raid, and in the same month four containers were seized in Tanzania, both raids where a result of good intelligence.
Our operations in China started in April 2000 with 3 months undercover investigation followed by a string of raid actions over a single weekend which resulted in us seizing over 300,000 counterfeit electrical products of different brands, and closing down 17 factories in Wenzhou city- China. This success is continued today with over 10 million counterfeit low voltage wiring accessories and switchgear products seized and destroyed.
EYE P/ TASKS utilize our experienced investigators who have a combined experience in this field of over 20 years. Our investigators come from a variety of different backgrounds, including the military, Police force, customs, medical, Engineers and Electricians.
Since its launch EYE P/TASKS have made a huge difference in the fight against counterfeit electrical products and our teams in the Middle East, Africa and China benefit from a high level of knowledge in electrical products specification.

EYE P has a wide network of information suppliers and local investigators as well as a central office in Cyprus that collates intelligence obtained from our actions in China. Our close links with government officials ensure that brand protection is top priority, these close connections also ensure that any seized counterfeit products are destroyed and that the offending parties are prosecuted for their actions. Africa
Working in Africa can be frustrating and dangerous and has taken all our expertise just to make local investigators aware of the importance and value of intellectual property management. With vast differences in culture from West Africa to East Africa and spreading into the Middle East this continent is awash with counterfeit products with the perpetual potential to discredit and damage trademark owners reputation and market share. Though not easy to control or action a necessary tooth in the pinions essential in the gears required for global protection. Our teams have built up close relations with agencies throughout the continent and continue to press the value of awareness and education of IPR within the region.
